⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay — truly 5-star experience! From start to finish, the service at Citadines Bacolod was exceptional. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely kind — a level of hospitality that really stood out. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. It had everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities — especially the bathroom — were clean and well-maintained. The property also has a lovely rooftop pool with a great view. Although the building isn’t fully completed yet, it already delivers a 5-star experience. One of the biggest highlights for us was the breakfast — the variety was incredible! It’s honestly one of the best I’ve seen in any hotel, with an impressive selection that even included unique fruits you don’t often find elsewhere. A special mention to the management and staff: during our stay, there was a tremor/earthquake in the middle of the night, and their response was immediate, calm, and reassuring. They made sure everyone was safe and that the building was secure before letting us return to our rooms. Overall, we had an amazing and memorable stay. Citadines Bacolod sets a new standard for comfort, hospitality, and service in the city. Highly recommended!

Rooms - spacious, modern a lot of electrical sockets in all kinds or shapes. Water provided in a huge recyclable canister big enough for several people. Hotel - modern and simply beautiful Bathroom - amazing amenities and waterpressure from heaven F&B - friendly well trained staff even at night Absolute Highlight: Breakfast!! Might not have the biggest buffet I’ve ever seen but the quality of provided options, the impeccable presentation and the service personell! Worth every peso you might pay more at other places. Absolute recommendation

We enjoyed our stay at this newer hotel. The room was new and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and linens and was cleaned and replenished with towels and coffee daily. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the service was over the top! The gym and pool were new and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was good and big also I liked the location too. Swimming pool also good and big plus they have parking space too. Hotel was also accessible as its on the main road. Breakfast was also good.

I absolutely loved how inviting the lobby smelled the moment I stepped into the hotel—it created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room we booked was fantastic, especially with the added convenience of a kitchenette, which was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils. It truly made our stay more comfortable and homey!

What can I say? It was perfekt! The Room has everything that everyone needs, really comfortable and a nice design. The Personal was really professional, respectful and kind (makes you feel that you are a guest from Downtown Abbey). The Hotel looks really good, the pool, the gym and the common areas are immaculate (really clean). And the best of the best, the Breakfast (5*) That breakfast ist something.

The room was clean and good. Supplies like 4 liters of water was there already. Utensils and ref was ready if your wanted to cook. I remember my hotel in Netherlands because of the aroma when I entered the room.

Best breakfast in the Philippines' hotel Superb good shower. Most places in pH have disappointing shower cabins. But this is a good exception.
